Volunteer Contacts

All inquiries regarding Council operations (Training, Advancement, Outdoor Activities, etc.) should be directed to the Council Office for forwarding to the appropriate contact.  Inquiries regarding website content should also be directed to the Council Office.  Inquiries regarding website design may be directed to Webmaster.

Service Center and Scout Shop

The Cimarron Council Service Center and Scout Shop is located inside the Walter P. Scheffe Service Center in Enid. Business hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday & 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

The Scout Shop is ready to uniform your Scouts with pride, literature that will inspire, camping equipment to engage, crafts for creativity and awards to have them reaching for the stars. All at the same price you will pay at any Scout Shop in the country. If we do not have it in the Shop give us two weeks notice and we can have it for you.

If Enid Public Schools are closed for inclement weather, the Council office will be closed as well.

Head east on OK-15/Oklahoma Ave/US-183/US-270/US-412 toward 15th St

From Hwy 81 Northbound
Turn right at OK-15/W Owen K Garriott Rd/US-412

Driving Directions
Camp Sundance is located on Osborne Road, 2.75 miles east of Highway 81.  Osborne Road (look for street sign in median) is about 7 miles north of the intersection of Highway 51 and Highway 81 in Hennessey, OK or 12 miles south of the intersection of US 412 (Owen K Garriott) and Highway 81 (Van Buren) in Enid, OK.

Williams Scout Reservation

Driving Directions
Williams Scout Reservation is located 26.5 miles west of Enid, Oklahoma near the towns of Cleo Springs and Fairview.  Turn-off is 9 miles west of Highway 58 & 412 junction near Ringwood, or 2 miles east of Highway 8 junction (Cleo Springs-Aline turn-off). Look for a large cell phone tower just off to the right of Highway 412.  This is where you need to turn LEFT to head to Williams.  There is a sign for the Scout Camp.  Go to the end of that road (3.5 miles) until the pavement ends, there you will see the entrance to camp.

Driving Directions
From Enid
From Enid get on 412 East and take the first toll booth after McDonald's which is the Hallett Exit.   Get in the right hand lane because you will exit and get on Highway 99 North immediately after paying the toll.  Approximately 4 miles North you will come to the junction of Highway 64 and 99.  Turn right or East and travel 1 1/4 miles to the Will Rogers Scout Reservation sign which is at the top of the hill

From Tulsa
When traveling West on 412 from Tulsa, take the Cleveland exit at Highway 64 and 48.  Follow Highway 64 into Cleveland.  Turn left at stop light and follow Highway 64 and 99 for 4/5 miles turning right at Will Rogers Scout Reservation sign which is at the top of the hill.
